At Medwora, a brand by Bullon Marketing Pvt. Ltd., your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide product exchanges or store credit for eligible items, ensuring you have a smooth and trusted shopping experience with us.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if the product meets our return conditions (see below).

  • Process: Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation via your registered email. Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup.

  • Exchange Fee: A ₹200 exchange fee applies, as deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partners.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased under Sale, Clearance, Bundle Offers, or Pre-applied Discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Name Embroidered Orders: Products with custom name embroidery are non-exchangeable.

  • However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges (if available) for final sale items that are not customized.


Important Notes

  • We offer only one-time exchange per order, so please double-check your size and preferences before placing an order.

  • Discount Code Usage: Using a discount code does not make your purchase final sale, unless the product falls under a pre-applied discount or bundle deal.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations are only allowed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and only if the order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.


Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We sincerely apologize if you’ve received a wrong or damaged item.
Please follow these steps:

  1. Click a clear photo of the product.

  2. Email us at support@medwora.com within 2 days of delivery.

  3. Our team will quickly arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement to you.


Return Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Items should be free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • If sold as a set, all pieces must be returned together.

  • The item must match our records and any product issues must be reported upfront.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges if these conditions are not met.


Reverse Pickup Attempts & Warehouse Check

  • Our logistics partner will make two attempts to pick up your package.

  • If both attempts fail, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  • Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Upon approval, we will proceed with the exchange or issue a store credit.

If a size exchange is unavailable due to stock, we will provide the option to:

  • Exchange for an alternative product, or

  • Issue a store credit for future purchases.


Sizing Note

Please refer to our oversized kidswear size chart before placing your order, as our sizing may differ from standard conventions.
